  • Guidance and insight for your DJ and Team from my 10+ years of experience supporting Transformational Leaders, Coaches, and Speakers at Live Events.
  • Technical knowledge about equipment and production, from setting up your room to training your DJ & more; from someone who has been in the Transformational Space since I was 15, who knows the intricacies of Live Events from the front of the room as well as from the back, and who is a trained Audio Engineer…
  • Assistance bridging the gaps in communication that can occur in high-energy, high-risk, high- reward spaces, like your Live Event…

Our Initial Call will have 4 Parts.

The Templates:

  • I will share with you a few of my Client’s favorite templates to receive from me. They are paramount to you and your DJ being on the same page…

Systems for the DJ:

  • Having clocked well over 10,000 hours being at the mixing board, recording music, studying Live Events and performing on stages, I am dialed into what works and what doesn’t sonically, technically and systems-wise. During our call, I’ll share my favorite systems to help your DJ tap into the gifts they ALREADY have such that they are successful in supporting you…

EQing and IQing the Room for Success:

  • Nobody likes microphone feedback (that loud pitched sound) or distortion (when things are TOO loud) at a live event, during this section I’ll dial your DJ in to the audio tips, and secrets I’ve harvested at over 500 events…
  • We will also spend some time getting your equipment dialed in such that, by the time your event rolls around, you and your DJ will have a customized *NO feedback and NO distortion* template from Vida Loek Media (that you can use and re-use at many events to come)… 
  • If you don’t yet have all the equipment you need yet, during this time we will discuss what you still need and I’ll guide you through either purchasing or renting the gear needed (with your budget in mind)…
  • During this portion of the call, we will take time to discuss energy dynamics of your Team, of music AND also of silence – to make sure your event is *held* just right…

Production:

  • During this section, you lead the way… have a question about outlines? Keeping time? Live Streaming your event? Playlists? The floor is open to your questions, and curiosities.

What happens after the call?

  • Well, our connection doesn’t stop there… you get access to us on setup night of your event via text and FaceTime to answer any lingering questions or to help with setup.
  • We also offer a video tutorial portal with more in-depth trainings for you and your team. 
  • Additionally, we add you to our private Facebook Group for our Clients, where we encourage you to get your brag on, and share with us what went well about your event. We also offer our insight in our group on how to improve things for next time, and you get to see how other Transformational Leaders, Coaches and Speakers are doing their events (Side Note: we encourage you to collaborate with others in our group).
